L-Protection

Barrier fabrics for professional and sports safety
These are technical fabrics for protection in professional and sports settings, designed and produced using innovative materials and cutting-edge technologies.
Each product is engineered to guarantee safety, comfort, and superior performance while complying with relevant international standards.

Anti-puncture inserts for safety footwear
In 2002, we brought innovation to the safety footwear industry by introducing textile anti-puncture inserts that could replace the traditional (and uncomfortable) metal plates.
These materials offer effective protection against the penetration of sharp objects while also being lightweight, flexible, and ergonomic. Certified according to standards like:
- EN 12568:2011 (WB)
- CSA
- ASTM
- ISO 22568-4 tipo PS
- Repet Line with Recycled Fibers
L-Protection inserts are also available in a Repet version, made with recycled fibers for a sustainable alternative that doesn’t compromise on performance.

Shark Skin
These barrier fabrics are effective against punctures from small-diameter objects, such as hypodermic needles. They combine high protection with excellent performance in terms of lightness, thinness, and tactile sensitivity, making them ideal for protective gloves used in healthcare and industrial settings.

L-reflex
These are reflective fabrics developed to increase visibility and safety in low-light conditions. Using reflective yarns, these materials are perfect for clothing for Law Enforcement, motorcyclists, pedestrians, and road workers, helping to prevent accidents and ensure greater personal safety.

Sawtech
High-tenacity fabrics designed to protect against accidental cuts from professional chainsaws, in line with international standards.
These materials are used in the production of clothing and footwear for forestry workers and green maintenance crews, providing effective protection and greater safety on the job without compromising comfort and mobility.

Prolenx
These barrier fabrics are developed to ensure protection against flames and molten metal splashes, while remaining lightweight and comfortable. These materials are particularly suitable for clothing for workers in foundries and military environments, where ensuring thermal safety and resistance to extreme conditions is essential. They also offer a longer service life compared to cheaper materials like treated cottons.
